DESCRIPTION:“Seeds to Carry Forward – Embodied reflection & collective art-making” is a guided workshop inviting participants to explore interconnectedness, creativity and growth within shared conditions. Gentle movement and perception-based activities inspired by Theatre for Living help participants notice what supports them, what they’re ready to release, and what they wish to carry forward. The session concludes with a reflective card-making practice, creating a small, handmade reminder to take with you. Participants are welcome to adapt, observe, or participate in ways that suit their bodies, and masking is encouraged but optional.
