Feeding our kids and loved ones is not just a nutritional event but a relational and emotional endeavour. Join Dr. Deborah MacNamara who will reveal the surprising secrets behind eating together, which have been camouflaged due to our preoccupation with what is on the plate.
The Itamar Erez Trio holds a depth and sensitivity that touches listeners deeply. This exciting trio blends the delicateness of Middle Eastern music, the freedom found in jazz, and the passion of flamenco, creating a unique sound, all its own.
Join us for this day of reflection and connection as women-identified folks gather, share and learn. Using a mix of arts-based practices, this fun and fulfilling day includes soul work, great food and time to restore yourself!
Our Place
In the World
St. Andrew’s-Wesley respectfully acknowledges that we gather on the unceded lands of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. For thousands of years, First Nations people have walked on this land and their relationship with the land is at the centre of their lives and spirituality. As a church, and settlers on these shores, we have a life-long responsibility to unlearn our misunderstandings of history, territory, and identity through critical reflection, acknowledgement, and listening.
