Talaysay Tours and the Good News Café invite you to a unique indigenous walking tour in Stanley Park. This cultural walking tour highlights the unique Indigenous stories, oral history and perspectives of both the land, the history and the contact with explorers, traders, and settlers as well as the current aspects of tribal communities today. This 1.5 hour guided tour includes an Indigenous cultural ambassador and Indigenous tea service.   

We will meet at 1:45pm in front of the Stanley Park info booth.  Free to the Good News Café members and to anyone who attends St Andrew’s Wesley United.  Guests of the church can attend for a $20 charge.  https://www.talaysay.com/spoken-treasures

Eat Pray Love is a gathering for all ages. A time of singing and story and prayer, a time to to be creative and a time to share a meal and conversation together. We will be gathering 5 times this year to celebrate the seasons of Advent, Epiphany, Lent, Easter and Pentecost. This gathering will happen at St. Andrew’s Wesley and at Christ Church Cathedral as we collaborate together.

How can we grow in faith? What does it mean to be a follower of Jesus, and who was the historical Jesus, anyway? These and other essential questions will be addressed and discussed in our five-week Epiphany series that we all might be “rooted and grounded in love.”
