Kelly Nguyen

Kelly Nguyen serves as Acting Office Manager at St. Andrew’s-Wesley United Church and is enthusiastic and deeply committed to collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.

With extensive experience working in higher education, including her previous role at the Indian Residential School History and Dialogue Centre (IRSHDC) at UBC. Kelly brings cultural awareness along with a strong dedication to creating meaningful community impact. As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kelly believes that true equity work is deeply connected to inner awareness and growth. She values spiritual development and approaches her work with reflection, purpose, and respect for diverse lived experiences.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys seeking new adventures and traveling. Activities such as climbing active volcanoes, paragliding, and snorkeling allow her to step outside her comfort zone and connect with the world.

Overdose Awareness Day Vigil

Join us, Sunday August 31st at 7pm for a special contemplative service for International Overdose Awareness Day. In collaboration with Moms Stop The Harm, this vigil commemorates all people lost to drug overdose and the toxic drug crisis, acknowledges the grief of those left behind, and lifts up those who continue to work towards harm reduction and ending stigma.
