Navigate everyday conversations with more empathy, clarity, and ease in an inspiring six-week journey into the art of connection.
Presented by Pathways Serious Mental Illness Society and in partnership with St Andrew’s-Wesley United Church, the West End Seniors Network is thrilled to offer this evidence-based “upskilling” workshop series in a safe, supportive space for learning and practice.
These workshops are made possible by funding from the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program. Designed for caregivers of loved ones with a mental illness, these workshops are open to anyone interested in improving their communication, especially in emotionally charged or difficult situations.
