Reflections on Jazz and Spirituality with Benjamin MacRae
On June 11th we are excited to offer a time of reflection, dialogue, and prayer on the intersection of the jazz and spiritual traditions as practiced by the Christian community at St. Andrew’s-Wesley United Church in lieu of our typical weekly programming. This time of community reflection and conversation will be led by our very own Benjamin MacRae who serves as our jazz ministries coordinator and as minister with youth and young adults and is also a professional jazz musician in the Vancouver scene. This will be a space to bring your questions, curiosities, observations and experiences of the jazz vespers idiom into conversation with others from the community.
