Visible Mending is a way to mend and reinforce something in a way that adds both strength and beauty. In Jewish Kabbalah, the idea of Tikkun Olam is to work with God on the mending of the world. We must start with mending ourselves, to add to our resilience. We don’t seek to erase our experience, or hardship, we use what we have to make it beautiful. Led by Rev. Maggie and Jen Cunnings, we’ll be joined by Rev. Donna Dinsmore who will help us find our voices. And Ilena Lee will teach us through pottery. All she’s and they are welcome.
