This drop-in class is by donation and is designed to bring balance and centering to your life.
Regina is a Vancouver-based yoga instructor and mental health advocate. She specializes in trauma-informed practices through various styles of yoga and meditation that encourages her students to love themselves as they are. She currently guides classes using practices from the traditions of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Land-Based Healing.
