Join us in the International Women’s Day March in Vancouver! It is as essential as ever that we stand for and with all women — trans women, disabled women, queer women, BIWOC, and immigrant women. Women in our city and across the world continue to face systemic, social, and personal violence and oppression every day. This march is both a celebration of the tireless efforts of determined women throughout history and a reminder that there is still work to be done towards protecting the equality, dignity, and safety of all women. All are welcome to join.
We will meet on the stairs of St.AW and walk to the šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza) together at 12:45pm.
