“Seeds to Carry Forward – Embodied reflection & collective art-making” is a guided workshop inviting participants to explore interconnectedness, creativity and growth within shared conditions. Gentle movement and perception-based activities inspired by Theatre for Living help participants notice what supports them, what they’re ready to release, and what they wish to carry forward. The session concludes with a reflective card-making practice, creating a small, handmade reminder to take with you. Participants are welcome to adapt, observe, or participate in ways that suit their bodies, and masking is encouraged but optional. No theater or art experience is required.
