Special Services

We are strengthened by our community and want to be there for them during life’s big moments. Church is a place where all generations can gather to share in life’s biggest moments. St. Andrew’s-Wesley, in Vancouver’s West End, is available to rent for baptisms, memorials, weddings, and special events. We also host services on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Easter. As an inclusive church, we welcome people of all identities and faiths to attend.

Baptism

Baptism is a celebration of God’s gift of love already present for everyone. We offer Baptism for people of all ages, from infants right through to adulthood. Meet with one of our ministers to find out what Baptism means to your family and faith. Contact Jen to find out more!

Weddings

Marriage is a sacred bond made more powerful by ritual in front of friends and family. This gorgeous heritage space features cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, a Casavant organ and the longest aisle in Vancouver, with seating for 800 people. Memorial Services

We design memorial services to be true to the one you love and those left behind. Our beautiful, sacred space provides a peaceful environment to grieve and show gratitude to your loved one. Contact Dan for more info.

Join us for a special contemplative service for the Trans Day of Remembrance. Featuring music from the Quayside Voices and a reflection from Rev Lauren Kirkey, co- founder of the Saige Foodbank for the Two-Spirit, Trans and Gender diverse community. The vigil commemorates all transgender people lost to violence and lifts up those who are continuing to work for trans rights.
